Photo Selection

• Please submit only your best and most curated images.

• Avoid uploading duplicate, blurry, test, or unnecessary images.

• Select images that best represent the couple, details, décor, ceremonies, emotions, fashion, venue, and overall wedding experience.

• Maximum file size: 5 MB per image.

• Only 50 To 100 Images only

• No Logo, No Watermark

• Video Film: Share Link From Youtube, Vimeo, Etc.

• Couple Details: Full names of the couple

• Instagram Links: Couple’s Instagram profiles

• Wedding Team Credits: List of all vendors with their Instagram handles (photographer, planner, venue, decor, etc.)

• Event Dates: Complete wedding event timeline (all functions)

• Wedding Story: A brief story about the couple and/or wedding (how you met, journey, special moments, inspiration, etc.)

• Venue Details: Venue name with full address

• Location: City & Country

File Organization

For a smooth editorial review, please organize your images into separate folders for each event/function.

For example:

• 01 – Engagement

• 02 – Welcome / Cocktail

• 03 – Mehndi

• 04 – Haldi

• 05 – Sangeet

• 06 – Wedding Ceremony

• 07 – Reception

• 08 – Couple Portraits

Please keep each event in its own clearly labeled folder.

Please provide a shareable link with viewing/download access enabled. We recommend testing the link before submitting to ensure our editorial team can access the files.

Please submit one curated folder for each wedding/event rather than sending multiple scattered links or unorganized files.

A well-organized submission helps our editorial team review your wedding efficiently and creates a stronger opportunity for consideration for a Brideluxe Weddings editorial feature.
